Refund Policy

1. Refunds

1.1. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@emxconference.com.au

1.2. Refunds must be approved by, and are at the discretion of, the Organiser.

1.3. Refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee and processed within 14–28

       business days.

1.4. Cancellations:

1.4.1. On/before 1st April 2026 → Full refund (less admin fee).

1.4.2. 2nd April – 31st May 2026 → a maximum 60% refund (less admin fee).

1.4.3. From 1 June 2026 → No refund.

1.5. Cancellation and refund deadlines will be revised should the event be postponed.

1.6. Name changes may be permitted up to according to third party ticketing agency    terms and conditions. A fee may apply.

1.7. Tickets may not be re-sold without the prior written approval of the Organiser.

1.8. Virtual participation will not be permitted.

1.9. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for expenses incurred (e.g., travel,

       accommodation, income loss, or any direct/indirect costs) arising from cancellation

       or postponement.
