Dr. Ruth Osborne

Dr Ruth Osborne is an Emergency Physician at Austin Health, where she has served as Acting Deputy Director and Co-Director of Training. She is completing a Master of Healthcare Innovation at Bond University. 

Ruth has led initiatives in trauma care, translational simulation, and workforce redesign, including development of a Trauma Nurse Practitioner pilot and role-based communication models. Her research interests include system improvement, workforce innovation, and the role of AI in emergency medicine.
