Dr. Rubecka Dissanayake

Dr. Rubecka Dissanayake is a board-certified Consultant General Surgeon with experience in acute care surgery and trauma management. 

She trained in Sri Lanka and UK, including Newham and Royal London Hospitals in Barts NHS Trust as well as Northwick Park Hospital and St. Marks Hospitals in London North West Hospital Trusts. She is actively involved in surgical education of undergraduates, junior doctors and nurses. Rubecka is passionate about improving trauma care in the peripheries of Sri Lanka.
