Dr Rachel Jones is an Emergency Physician and Co-Director of Emergency Medicine Training at Austin Health Melbourne, Deputy Director of Emergency Medicine at Echuca Regional Health and Deputy Director of the University of Melbourne Austin Clinical School.  With previous academic and private sector experience in organisational behaviour, human resource management and business ethics   she has an interest in critical care teamwork, communication and the medical humanities.
