Dr. Kaminda Wijenayake

Dr. Kaminda Wijenayake is an Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Homagama Base Hospital, Sri Lanka. He holds an MD in Emergency Medicine from the University of Colombo and MRCEM (UK), with international training experience in Australia and South Korea.

With over 15 years of clinical practice, Dr. Wijenayake has worked across major hospitals in Sri Lanka, focusing on acute care, ultrasound in emergency settings, and cardiac arrest management. He also serves as Course Director of the Emergency Life Support program with the Sri Lanka College of Emergency Medicine. His interests include retrieval medicine and pre-hospital emergency care.
