Dr. Jay Mudiyanse is a dual-trained Emergency Physician and Rural Generalist, International medical graduate from Sri Lanka. He currently works as an Emergency Physician at Northern Health and as a General Practitioner at DPV Health Mill Park.

Across these diverse roles, Jay leads initiatives to connect emergency and primary care, supervise registrar training, and support innovative models of care. As the convener of the emx conference, he is dedicated to creating a platform that unites global clinicians, showcase Sri Lankan heritage, and inspire international collaboration in healthcare.
